Congregations of Christ the King Presbyterian Church

Christ the King Newton is one congregation of Christ the King Presbyterian Church, a multi ethnic, multi-site church serving greater Boston. Our other congregations meet and worship in Cambridge, Dorchester, South ShoreJamaica Plain, Roslindale, Somerville, and Quincy. We understand ourselves to be one church, meeting separately in local communities throughout the greater Boston area. We gather together semi-annually to celebrate all that God is doing in each of our communities, to recognize our unity, and to seek the welfare of our communities through prayer. It is our hope and intent to have many more congregations throughout the region in the months and years to come.

Southern New England Presbytery

CTK is connected to dozens of other Presbyterian churches in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. We meet quarterly as a representative body to encourage each other in ministry, pray, and take up administrative matters relating to the governance of area churches.

Presbyterian Church in America

We belong to the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), one of the largest and fastest growing Presbyterian denominations in North America.
